Summary Qualifications

Over 40 years experience directing large, complex defense and industry organizations in challenging engineering, testing and acquisition roles. As a Program Executive Officer (PEO) in the Pentagon, managed the acquisition and sustainment of all major Air Force fighter and bomber programs. As Vice Commander of the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), managed an acquisition workforce of over 12,000 people. Served as system program director for both the F-22 and B-2 programs, as well as a test pilot and director of the F-22/ATF Combined Test Force, responsible for management and testing of two unique new fighter designs resulting in the F-22 Raptor air superiority fighter. Former senior Northrop Grumman executive providing company-wide interface to senior USAF leadership and company insight into USAF and DoD acquisition rules.
