Our PhD and Master’s level experts are retired senior military, government civilian, or high-level industry executives who average 30 years of experience in all technical and management disciplines essential to weapon system acquisition and sustainment. Each has held important government positions such as center/laboratory commander, system program director, program executive officer (PEO), directorate chief, chief engineer, and director of various functional home offices, such as contracting and financial management.
