Dayton Aerospace successfully developed and delivered 17 weeks of intensive MIL-HDBK-516 based Airworthiness Certification training to members of the Republic of Korea Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA), Agency for Defense Development (ADD), Defense Agency for Technology and Quality (DTaQ) and the ROK Air Force, posturing their organizations for future aircraft certifications and exports.

Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Cost Estimating Graduate Degree Program

Our experts successfully developed and delivered the core cost estimating classes (five courses total) for the Joint Naval Postgraduate School (NPS)/Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) graduate cost estimating program. These courses then became the core elements of the new AFIT graduate cost estimating program.

Past Performance and CPAR Training

Industry Past Performance and Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) Workshop

This workshop has been delivered to several large weapon system original equipment manufacturer (OEM) contractors. The course provides step-by-step instruction and advice on building a responsive, targeted, and effective past performance volume that is fully integrated with the rest of the proposal. The training also provides insight and knowledgeable advice on how to prepare for and execute CPARs. Instruction focuses on laying an excellent foundation between the industry team and its government customer on expectations for each CPAR element, as well as how to effectively shape CPAR scores and respond to customer evaluations.
