Mr. Scot Kruger has over 35 years of military and airline flight operations experience as well as 10 years in the KC-46 program supporting the KC-46 simulator development program, Aircrew Training Systems (ATS). He has provided continuous support to the KC-46 system program office as a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Flight Operations subject matter expert (SME), ensuring the KC-46 program meets the operational and maintenance FAA requirements as a commercial derivative aircraft (CDA).
Significant Career Accomplishments
KC-46 FAA flight operations SME for the KC-46 system program office (SPO), ensuring the program operates and meets Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) part 121 requirements for CDA operations and maintenance. Tasked with supporting the SPO FAA liaison.
Responsible for conducting acceptance and recurring tests for flight safety training devices, including the Weapons System Trainer and Part Task Trainer.
Provided support to program managers in flight safety and, as requested by program office project managers on USAF acquisition program, products (5000.2) such as Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP), logistics planning, simulator lifecycle hardware and software planning and issues, and USAF operator training programs and product.
