  • Initiated turnaround of a high-risk $197M classified development program by implementing improved subcontract management processes.
  • Led crisis management team that designed and fielded a complex F-16 structural repair across 78 grounded aircraft three months early.
  • Championed F-16 10-year integration plan to merge 55 programs and 126 schedules by creating numerous cross-functional integrated product teams (IPTs) for hardware and software projects and developing an enterprise risk assessment.
  • Successfully led the USAF Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO) tactical combat systems integration of multiple contracts for development, production and logistics projects for a classified $2.7B weapon system.
  • Developed first-ever comprehensive $1.9B five-year budget that integrated multiple modification programs, prioritized stakeholder needs, and ensured weapon system availability for USAF RCO tactical combat system.
  • Led high-visibility communications with senior Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of State (DOS) staffers to obtain approval of an unlikely waiver against a sanctioned vendor to provide critical parts for fielded aircraft.
