We are pleased to announce that Shane “Aggie” Louis has joined the company as a senior associate. Shane has 30 years of experience leading complex organizations across all facets of government acquisition from basic research to engineering, manufacturing, and development. As the Weapons and Capabilities Division Chief at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Shane led a 25-member, geographically dispersed, joint team developing counter-weapons of mass destruction (C-WMD) and other capabilities for Combatant Commands, with a focus on providing specialized offensive weapons. As the Division Chief for Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Aerial Networks (AFLCMC/HNA), he managed 40 acquisition and sustainment programs across four geographically dispersed locations, while also supporting ongoing overseas combat operations. His responsibilities included contributing to aerial network technology for the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and overseeing a $40M award for a High Capacity Backbone (HCB).
Shane is available to assist government and industry partners in a wide range of acquisition related support to include program management, process improvement and innovation, team building and supervisor coaching, source selection, with special focus in areas of aerial networks, conventional weapons and information technology (IT) infrastructure.
