Warren Berry

Lieutenant General, US Air Force (Retired)

Lt. General Warren Berry, USAF (Ret) has nearly 35 years of direct experience leading and managing highly complex aerospace programs as an acquisition and logistics leader. Known for strategic leadership and enterprise logistics expertise, he has led organizations to reach daunting goals by building and motivating collaborative teams who use their diversity and creativity to build timely, elegant solutions. General Berry worked at the highest level of the USAF where his portfolio included three diverse functional areas (maintenance/logistics, civil engineering, and force protection), encompassing 280,000 personnel and nearly $40B in resource authority and oversight. He was the driving force behind developing a new sustainment strategy and then operationalizing it to bring improved performance and readiness at lower cost and he fundamentally altered the USAF’s facility and infrastructure strategic investment processes, substantially improving the health of a $375B physical plant. General Berry held leadership positions in a variety of major acquisition and logistics organizations to include: Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Engineering and Force Protection, Headquarters (HQ) USAF, Pentagon; Vice Commander, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB); Director of Logistics, HQ Air Mobility Command (AMC), Scott AFB; Director of Logistics, Installations and Mission Support, HQ USAF in Europe and Air Forces Africa, Ramstein; and Commander, 78th Air Base Wing, Robins AFB.
